Sutured heart in 925 silver (full not emptied) handmade in Italy, polished and burnished in the details. This jewel is an abstract work of art sculpted as always by the designer Diego Bosi seen abstractly. The external and internal wounds can be mended but they remain, but everything must go on... can be purchased individually or with a chain of approximately 45-73 centimeters. Pendant length about 2.5 cm.
